The JM Longyear Research Library follows the above schedule but is closed on Mondays.
Due to Covid-19 precautions our library will be operating for now by appointment only​, as of June 2020. Please call or email for an appointment. 
Pandemic Safety Measures: 
We put in place health and safety measures to open our galleries and library safely. You will be asked to wear a mask to enter and to follow social distancing guidelines. We are limiting numbers in our galleries, and will be watching capacities daily. Since re-opening June 15, 2020, we have not had a gallery wait. 

The Center is closed on:
New Year's Day, Presidents' Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Thursday and Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, and New Year's Day.

Parking

Parking is available in the Marquette Regional History Center parking lot located off Spring Street and 2-hour parking is available along Third and Baraga Streets.

Accessibility

Handicap parking is available in the main parking lot located off Spring Street. The Marquette Regional History Center is fully ADA accessible.
